Your shoe size is incorrect and you want to change it?

1. The item must not have been worn or altered
2. Send photos of the top and bottom of the shoes to the number above to check the current condition of the item
3. The exchange will be processed immediately upon delivery, so you'll need to hand over the exchange package to the courier at the same time as the new delivery. We simply ask that you package the package in a box or plastic bag and seal it with tape.
4) The package will be shipped based on availability at the time of the exchange order. Shipping will take up to 10 days.

5) The exchange costs €14 for shipping costs, By clicking on the following link Exchange – Strykers (strykers.net) You can purchase the "Exchange" service, which will allow you to make the exchange from the comfort of your home.

P.S. If you add a new pair of shoes to your order, the exchange will be free. For example, if you choose to order a pair of shoes costing €59, you will receive both the new pair and the exchange for only €59. We hope that our service is always prompt and customer-friendly.

The item can be exchanged for one of the same value, otherwise the difference in costs will be added to the amount to be paid.

To submit the return order:

1) Send a return request via WhatsApp, along with photos of the top and bottom of the shoes, to verify the condition of the item and make an initial assessment of its integrity. Include the IBAN and the owner's name in the WhatsApp message if you ordered cash on delivery.
If the item has been worn or altered in any way, it will not be possible to return it.

2) Download and complete the form with your details: Order Number, Name, and Item. 3) Place the paper form in the shipping box. NB: If you don't include the form in the box, we won't be able to trace your shipment and therefore won't be able to refund you.

4) Items must be shipped to: STRYKERS SRL VIA UMBERTO I, 40 AVERSA (CE);

Once the shoes are returned to the office, the condition of the item will be checked again. If eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used. For cash on delivery payments, a bank transfer will be made to your bank account, for which we ask you to provide us with the IBAN.
